CreveCor Mortgage Taps Portellus for Enterprise Rules Management and Broker Portal
Solution will centralize CreveCor's decisioning and extend broker-facing tools to the point-of-sale
IRVINE, Calif., Mar. 16, 2006 - Portellus Inc., a leading provider of technology solutions and services for the financial services industry, announced that CreveCor Mortgage, a St. Louis-based national lender specializing in nonconforming and alt-A residential loans, is well under way in its implementation of the Portellus Enterprise Rules Management (ERM) system and broker portal. Together, the solutions will drive and manage the decisioning for CreveCor's pricing, product eligibility and automated underwriting within the company's existing LOS and at the point-of-sale.

Portellus' ERM system will integrate with CreveCor's existing LOS to eliminate data entry redundancies and govern the lender's specific rules, policies and procedures throughout each workflow function via a centralized XML repository. Decisioning results will be extended to the broker portal for CreveCor's customers to access real-time pricing, product eligibility and true underwriting approvals as well as up-to-date pipeline status. In addition, Portellus' ERM integrates and communicates with CreveCor's legacy systems and third party service providers using Web services and leverage of the MISMO standard.
