Portellus Appoints Brenda Arnold as Senior Process and Project Manager
Experienced Automation Project Manager Joins Fast-Growing Technology Company
IRVINE, Calif., May 6, 2005 - Portellus Inc., a leading provider of technology tools and services for the financial services industry, today announced that Brenda Arnold has joined the company as senior process and project manager. In this capacity, Arnold will oversee company processes and manage the installations of its mortgage-related products for lenders nationwide.
Arnold comes to Portellus from Irvine-Calif.-based Commerce Velocity Inc., where she managed teams of developers, business analysts and quality assurance specialists on various implementations. She will be responsible for the implementation of projects involving Portellus' business rules management system (BRMS), automated underwriting system (AUS), product and pricing eligibility, Web based mortgage broker portal solution, and its loan origination system (LOS).
Arnold, who is well versed in the management of non-prime, non-conforming integration projects, brings a wealth of project management knowledge to Portellus, a company that places a strong emphasis on moving automated underwriting and complex decisioning to the point-of-sale for both retail, wholesale and correspondent lending channels. Collectively, she has more than 15 years of hands-on experience specializing in business operations, organizational leadership, project management, and research and development.
