Sun Microsystems™ Approves Portellus for its Partner Advantage Program
IRVINE, Calif., July 30, 2007 - Portellus Inc., a leader in business-user driven change-management solutions, today announced that it has been approved as an associate technology partner in Sun’s Partner Advantage Program™ for Independent Software Vendors (ISV). Portellus was accepted into the program due to its business rules management system (BRMS), dubbed PRIME, utilizing Sun’s Java™ development programming language for its next-generation rules engine.
Sun’s Partner Advantage Program provides a strong support framework that offers authorized ISVs a wide range of technology offerings to facilitate porting and migration activities, technical assistance, and marketing tools that help shorten time to revenue. Sun™ grants partnership status to those ISVs that have demonstrated a documented commitment to the Sun platform.
