Portellus offers training on all of our products in an effort to enable our clients to quickly ramp up and begin realizing greater business efficiencies and a speedy ROI. Portellus aims to enable clients to become self-sufficient as soon as possible so as to realize greater productivity and profitability from day one. Thorough, comprehensive lessons on functionality and testing with potential loan scenarios and product choices bring our clients up to speed quickly.
The extent to which Portellus trains its clients is entirely dependent on individual client needs. End-user training is available to clients after the system is fully configured and technical for system administrators and IT staff is offered at any time during the implementation.
Portellus has state-of-the-art training facilities at its Irvine, California-based headquarters where well versed training instructors with vast experience are available to train dozens of users and/or administrators.
Portellus offers the following types of training:
- Training at Portellus' customer training facilities
- On-site training at the client's location
- Remote training
Portellus on-site training facilities include:
- Technology-enhanced training rooms that can each accommodate up to 16 users per session, or as many as 100 concurrent user sessions
- A "Customer Readiness Lab" to facilitate the discovery of current and prospective client technology needs
- Planning rooms with advanced video-conferencing capabilities dedicated exclusively for extended sessions with clients either onsite or remotely
- A full cafeteria and a recreation/lounge area for clients and visitors
